Job Description
- Onsite and remote customer support for laser systems for scientific and commercial customers
- Upgrade maintenance and repair of laser systems
- Troubleshoot electronis at board level and troubleshooting electrooptical electrical and mechanical problems
- Installation and customer training in the use of laser systems
- Drawing up activity reports
- Extensive travel around Germany Switzerland and lager Europe and occasionally other parts of the world
Qualification
- University degree in electronic electrotechnic or electrical engineering or similar qualification
- Min. 3 years of experience as a service technician in an industrial environment
- Laser experience especially of ultrafast laser technology would be a major advantage
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Windowsbased systems is a plus
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Highly motivated team player well organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously
