What Youll Do

  • Responsible for major software application (product) releases.
  • Enable the company to reach highlevel strategic goals through operational alignment across all of the major functional business units.
  • Work with the leadership team to understand the longterm initiatives.
  • Handle the internal enabling status updates and release tracking documentation for the function.
  • Facilitate the rituals for retrospectives perform root cause analyses and enable crosslearning between teams.
  • Manage crossfunctional deliverables between Product and GoToMarket organization.
  • Enable the company to deliver value to the endusers with strong predictability.
  • Drive consistency across plans and processes to increase organizations productivity.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in technical program management.
  • Work experience to include: 1 3 years of experience with technical documentation including documentation generated through Jira or similar technologies (including GitHub Asana or Trello) and Confluence or similar technologies (including Notion SharePoint or Microsoft One Note). 2 2 years of experience with engineering release management. 3 2 years of experience with tech stack. 4 2 years of experience with business and technical stakeholder management including Product Engineering and GoToMarket Functions (sales support and customer success).
  • Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
  • Position requires 5 domestic travel and 5 international travel; expenses paid by employer.
  • 40 hrs./wk.
  • Salary: $157373 to $209790 per year.
  • Address of employment: Postman Inc. located at 201 Mission Street Suite 2375 San Francisco CA 94105. Employer offers optional hybrid work from home within commuting distance to the office.

This role is based in San Francisco California and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $157373 to $209790 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidates skills qualifications and experience.
