Ensure the Field Force Hiringneeds of the company are being met with a longterm talent strategy in mind
Calling and Back check activitiesfor recruitment to build pipelines of potential applicants and maintain theirreports.
Calling for Internal Projectactivities (Sampling & Report management for the same).
Plan after selection process& procedures including screening calls assessments and inpersoninterviews
Assess candidates informationincluding resumes portfolios and references for Field resources
Responsible for backing up onField (Code generation letter & ID cards management process as well.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
0 3 years of experience as a HumanResource & Administration
Will be a SPOC to work with the HRMFFteam for working with field Surveyors & FRs
Good in Reporting management.
Recruiting using variousinterview techniques and evaluation methods
Familiarity with MIS &Dashboard preparation would be an added Advantage
Bachelors degree in humanresources management.
Field Recruitment experiencewould be given First preference.
Flexible in extended workinghours
