Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative . This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional and dynamic environment providing essential support to our clients and contributing to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle endorsements renewals claims and remarketing on a daily basis
- Manage accounts with premiums of 15k and under
- Quote new and renewal business
- Utilize EzLynx software for various tasks
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications:
- Required licensure/designation: P&C
- 36 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in commercial lines insurance
- Familiarity with EzLynx software is a plus
Daytoday:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to commercial lines insurance including handling client requests processing renewals and providing support for claims. The role will also involve utilizing EzLynx software for various activities.
