The HR Recruiter is responsible for driving the fullcycle recruitment process to identify attract and hire top talent for both technical and nontechnical positions within the organization. This includes developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies screening and assessing candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their unique talent needs. The HR Recruiter will leverage their expertise in recruitment best practices to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across a variety of functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Roles:
- Develop and execute specialized recruitment strategies to source technical talent (e.g. developers engineers IT professionals) from job boards professional networks referrals and other channels
- Assess technical skills certifications and handson experience during phone and inperson interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to stay uptodate on evolving technology requirements and emerging skills
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process for technical roles
- Participate in technical screenings and skills assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
NonIT Roles:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and required competencies for business operations and administrative roles
- Source screen and interview candidates for a wide range of nontechnical positions (e.g. finance marketing HR customer service)
- Utilize behavioralbased interviewing techniques to assess cultural fit and soft skills
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including posting job ads scheduling interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organizations ongoing hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
- 35 years of progressive experience in fullcycle recruitment with exposure to both technical and nontechnical hiring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates effectively and stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving critical thinking and decisionmaking abilities
- Proficient in leveraging applicant tracking systems HRIS and other recruitment technologies
- Handson experience with sourcing and screening techniques to identify top talent
- Indepth knowledge of current recruitment trends best practices and legal compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fastpaced crossfunctional environment
- Familiarity with IT hiring processes technical skills assessments and software development lifecycle a plus
