Job Description
Tax Compliance Officer:
Our client based in the Kenilworth area of Cape Town is currently looking for a Tax Compliance Officer
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Individual Companies Trusts and Close Corporation income tax returns completed on eFiling
- Tax computations for Individual Companies Trusts and Close Corporation income tax returns
- Calculation and completion of Provisional tax returns for Individual Companies Trusts and Close Corporations
- Completing Dividend withholding tax returns
- Calculating Capital Gains Tax
- Applications for various Tax clearance certificates
- Liaising with SARS and clients to resolve queries
- Objections against assessments
- Completion of IT14SD returns and followups
- Making various tax payments on eFiling
Experience/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in a similar role
- BCom accounting
- CaseWare/Taxware/Pastel/Zero
