You must have experience in an officebased customer service role and love building relationships this could be the perfect opportunity to step into a rewarding career.
In this role youll be supporting clients by providing expert advice handling queries and ensuring they receive the best possible service. What Youll Be Doing:
- Speaking with clients to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions
- Managing policy administration including processing new business renewals and adjustments
- Liaising with insurers and other stakeholders to resolve queries and manage claims
- Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Spotting opportunities to offer additional products and services that benefit clients
What Were Looking For:
If you have experience in officebased customer service strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships wed love to hear from you! No previous insurance experience is required full training and professional development will be provided.
This fulltime role offers a salary of depending on experience with working hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am5:00pm.
