We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Phoenix. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships providing timely support and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
Manage client communications via phone email and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our internal systems.
Assist in preparing reports presentations and documentation for client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client engagement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
12 years of experience in client services customer support or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
