Qualifications:
- BachelorsdegreeinHumanResourcesStatisticsDataScienceorarelatedfield;Mastersdegreepreferred
- Provenexperienceof5yearsinHRanalytics&reporting
- Proficiencyindatavisualizationtools(e.g.TableauPowerBI)andHRMSplatforms
- Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytointerpretcomplexdatasets
- Experiencewithstatisticalanalysisandpredictivemodellingtechniques
- Goodcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytopresentfindingstonontechnicalaudiences
