1. (SRE Engineer :

Summary:

This role provides fundamental support for various technologies within our SRE/DevOps team. You will receive alerts troubleshoot basic issues escalate complex problems and support daytoday operations under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Alert Management:
• Monitor various monitoring tools (e.g.Prometheus Splunk) for alerts.
• Create and migrate alerts toDynatraceand assist in automation of resolutions.
• Analyze and diagnose basic issues related to the listed technologies (MongoDBOpenShift Kafka etc.
• Utilize Jira service now and pager duty.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 engineers.
• Possess a basic troubleshooting level of knowledge not just usage of at least 3 listed technologies or obtain them in a short period of time(MongoDB OpenShift Kafka Jaegar/Open Telemetry container based Elastic Search nginx REDIS Promethius gitlab internal support KibanaOracle kernel troubleshooting (not db) Axway Conjur secrets manager Containerized S3 FlywayMin.IoControl.im Argo CD DynatraceS3 Splunk(low need) helmcharts Java code)
• Basic Troubleshooting:
• Perform basic troubleshooting tasks using scripting and Linux commands.
• Follow established procedures to resolve common issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and findings for future reference.
• DaytoDay Support:
• Assist colleagues and stakeholders with basic inquiries and troubleshooting related to supported technologies.
• Follow up on escalated issues and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Learn and stay uptodate on new features and updates for relevant technologies.
• Collaboration:
• Work effectively with Level 2 engineers and other team members to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the SRE/DevOps field.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) and Linux administration.
• Basic knowledge of various containerization technologies (e.g.OpenShift Docker).
• Familiarity with at least some of the listed technologies (MongoDB Kafka Kubernetes etc. is expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
