P1C3STSKey Responsibilities:Need to have strong knowledge on Dynatrace and AWS. Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system healthHaving understanding of SLA SLO and SLI key and analyze metrics from applications to assist in performance tuning and fault findingHaving good knowledge on AWS services like API gateway Lambda Kibana Cloudwatch Dynamo DB sustainable systems and services through automation and upliftsBalance feature development speed and reliability with welldefined servicelevel objectivesServiceNow Dynatrace Cloud Support
