Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and issue resolution for Dynatrace monitoring and observability solutions. Your expertise will help optimize application and infrastructure monitoring resolve technical issues and ensure a high level of systems performance.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Dynatrace issues including troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation configuration and optimization of Dynatrace environments.
- Work with various internal teams to identify analyze and resolve complex monitoring and observability problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions for customer challenges related to performance scalability and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Continuously monitor production environments and provide proactive support to prevent potential issues.
- Document all support activities and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay up to date with new Dynatrace features releases and best practices to provide optimal support and guidance.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify areas for enhancement in the Dynatrace product and service offerings.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on how to use Dynatrace effectively.
- Performs other duties as to deliver exceptional service and to support Centrals business goals.
- 4 years of handson experience with Dynatrace in a support operations or consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of Dynatrace platform capabilities including monitoring APM (Application Performance Management) infrastructure monitoring and log management.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting tools techniques and methodologies to diagnose issues in complex environments.
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes Docker).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including servers networking and databases.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Customeroriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support and building longterm client relationships.
- Dynatrace certification(s) (e.g. Dynatrace Certified Associate or Specialist).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow JIRA or similar platforms.
- Experience with monitoring integrations and custom plugin development.
- Background in DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
Salary Range: $per annum
The salary range representsthe job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
