RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the endtoend implementation and administration of the Dynatrace platform across cloud and onprem environments.

• Configure application monitoring infrastructure monitoring user experience tracking synthetic monitoring and log analytics.

• Define best practices for Dynatrace usage tagging strategy dashboard development and alerting policies.

• Collaborate with application DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines and IT operations.

• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues across applications services APIs databases and cloud infrastructure.

• Create custom dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs SLAs and realtime system health.

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.

• Maintain Dynatrace licensing updates and documentation.

• Provide expert input on performance optimization and application architecture based on monitoring data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) with at least 2 years as a Dynatrace SME.

• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace components: OneAgent Smartscape PurePath Davis AI Synthetic and RUM.

• Experience integrating Dynatrace with tools such as ServiceNow Splunk Jira or CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab).

• Proficiency in monitoring Java .NET Python or other common enterprise application stacks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes OpenShift).

• Strong problemsolving and root cause analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
