Primary Focus:
The UX/UI Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the user experience and user interface of our digital channels. This role involves conducting user research designing and implementing intuitive userfriendly interfaces for our website mobile applications and other digital platforms. The specialist will consider customer needs and work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Leverage research insights to facilitate the design and development of new features and functions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing IT and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective digital experiences.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Implement UX/UI best practices and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure all digital channels are accessible and meet usability standards.
- Present results insights requirements and designs in a compelling way to leadership and partner teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma or similar.
- Familiarity with the design setup and implementation of research utilizing various methods including but not limited to interviews.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and critically.
