Job Title: Graphic Designer
PRIMARY FUNCTION
A graphic Designer should have the ability to lead and execute for any kind of creative
project. They should be able to partner with a copywriter from concept to execution and
drive creative solutions. They should be able to build and maintain relationships between
partners and the broader team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Creative on any design or marketing project from start to finish.
Understand and create design strategy in order to deliver strong creative results.
Possess a strong understanding of Typography and Type application.
Create clean modern layout design and have the ability to expand upon it.
Effectively present creatives to Leadership Marketing and broader teams.
Ability to handle production work (print & digital) or provide support for other
creative build
Make timely decisions to align for a fast-paced projects and meet deadlines.
Must be able to read write and communicate effectively in the English language
Remain current with the latest style graphic industry and technology trends and
apply this to projects.
Look-up and research for a stronger understanding of different media if the need for
collaboration between teams arises (Video editing UX Figma Suite etc).
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Manager/Sr. Manager
Partner with internal functions within the team both home and stateside
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4-5 years at an Advertising agency Retail firms or any Design house.
Experience with working on Mac OS
Proficient at Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign after effects) Figma
and other design & video editing tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
