Job Description

The Head of Development will provide visionary leadership to drive ambitious fundraising goals and elevate Indian arts globally. Responsible for building and managing a toptier donor portfolio the incumbent will craft a worldclass development strategy forging highimpact partnerships and expanding reach.

With a talent for storytelling and relationshipbuilding they will engage new audiences exceed fundraising targets and inspire action to enhance donor engagement and community impact. A passionate arts advocate and strategic leader they will cultivate a strong team to position the venture for longterm success.

Beyond fundraising they will shape the museums future through ethical timely decisionmaking and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a transformative journey deepening connections between art community and philanthropy.


Please note:
1. The vetting process for this role comprises 23 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Masters/Management degree from a top institution.
  • 15 years of leadership experience in financial services or a relevant industry.

  • Essential Experience:

  • Proven success in multimillion USD fundraising private wealth management investment banking or philanthropy with international exposure.
  • Strong background in donor engagement audience development and highvalue fundraising.
  • Experience managing largescale financial programs across diverse geographies; artsrelated experience is a plus.
  • Track record of leading teams building longterm donor relationships and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Proficient in developing and executing strategic fundraising plans and budgets.
  • Skilled in data analysis for donor strategy and program tracking.
  • Experience in concept/solution selling to build patronage for new initiatives.
