An international fintech company is looking for a Head of Back Office Operations will manage all operational activities related to invoicing settlements payments deposits and withdrawals client reporting onboarding and offboarding processes internal information management and administrative support across the companys multiple business lines. This role ensures accuracy efficiency compliance client data integrity and timely execution of back-office functions.
What Youll Do
- Oversee and streamline end-to-end invoicing processes payment settlements client payments financial reconciliations and client reporting across diverse business units.
- Manage comprehensive client onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement rigorous financial and operational controls to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of internal information and client data through robust control mechanisms and regular audits.
- Develop and optimize robust back-office processes and systems driving efficiency scalability and lean process improvement initiatives.
- Regularly liaise with finance legal compliance customer support and technology teams to align processes improve cross-departmental efficiency and promptly resolve operational issues.
- Supervise the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely client statements reports and internal documentation.
What Were Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in brokers.
- Extensive experience managing back-office operations in financial services brokerage fintech or payment processing companies.
- Deep expertise in financial operations settlements invoicing payments client onboarding/offboarding internal data management and regulatory reporting.
- Proven record of implementing process improvements lean methodologies and automation initiatives.
- Fluent English (C1) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work in the GMT3 - GMT5 timezone.
