Sales and Business Development Lead B2B (SA and USA)

INTRODUCTION:

An exciting opportunity has become available within the medical technology and devices industry for a Lead in Sales and business Development. Our client is an impactdriven digital health company passionate about affordable access to healthy hearing for everyone everywhere. This is an opportunity to be part of making a change and impacting human lives.

The position is based in Pretoria East.

Remote Working:

2 days workfromhome in line with Company Policy (only applicable after probation is successfully passed)

Working Hours:
9:00 18:00 SAST

PURPOSE:

Leads the sales and business development team with responsibility for all B2B sales new business development existing client growth and relationship management.

Guides and directs identification development and conversion of B2B prospects and leads into customers. Supervises a direct team of sales executives and business development managers both in South Africa and the United States.

Defines sales development strategies and objectives for both new and existing customers with a strong concentration on the United States market and large global opportunities.

Initiates business development opportunities new alliances and drives the B2B sales team to meet stated sales performance objectives.

Ultimately grow the customer base revenue and market share through successful business development in the global medical devise market.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum education (essential):

Bachelors degree

Minimum applicable experience (years):

810 years with experience experience leading B2B sales teams

Required nature of experience

Skills and Knowledge (essential)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
