The ESA Program Manager of the Wyoming Education Savings Accounts (ESA) Program oversees its administration and daily operations ensuring compliance with state law and regulation. Responsible for ensuring the programs success the Program Manager develops and implements program objectives policies and procedures. The Program Manager oversees program operations in combination with effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders such as parents education providers advocacy groups and government agencies. Additionally the Program Manager analyzes program performance identifies areas for improvement and implements strategic initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and support educational access and opportunities for enrolled students. Works with any external vendors retained to help administer the program.
Will be given to applicants with a Bachelors degree in business management business administration education public administration public policy or related fields.
KNOWLEDGE:
Outstanding program planning implementation and evaluation including the ability to establish objectives develop strategies monitor progress and assess outcomes.
Capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in data collection analysis and reporting including the ability to generate comprehensive program reports identify trends and make datadriven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify program challenges develop solutions and make timely and effective decisions to address issues and optimize program performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelors Degree (typically in Education)
Experience:
12 years of progressive work experience (typically in Education or Instruction) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Education Program Specialist.
OR
Education & ExperienceSubstitution:
46 years of progressive work experience (typically in Education or Instruction) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Education Program Specialist.
