Geometry product & process management in the body shop Automotive field
Sede di lavoro: 85025 MelfiActivities:
- Manage the geometric convergence of a vehicle subassembly in the bodyshop;
- Manage the geometric convergence of single parts and subassemblies;
- Communicate the progress of the sector to the PGMAP synthesis and / or Geometry animator;
- Manage the progress of Process modifications with the line manager and the integrator (Open Item List);
- Apply the client processes for adjustment of assembly tools in the bodyshop (PSA FER 167;
- Check the 3D measurement the conformity and the repeatability of the checking fixture as well as the fidelity of the measurement;
- Analyze the measurement results find the root causes and determine the corrective action plans;
- Apply client analysis methods to correct severe defects (bodyshop root causes reconized);
- Set up and apply client processes (production green light Chronomap and Lastfit);
- Follow the geometric monitoring plan of the sector 3D measurement);
- Manage the respect of the schedule and the good geometric level regarding milestones targets;
- Alert the project in case of significant deviation.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role;
- Good knowledge of English mandatory both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational and logistical skills;
- Good knowledge of CATIA V5 PLM
- Good knowledge ofSESAME QDAS PowerBI
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
