Project Manager
Leap29 are looking for a versatile Project Manager to join our clients growing team in Italy overseeing the full lifecycle of solar C&I projects.
My client is a prominent player in the energy transition dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Europe and globally. They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects with a strong focus on C&I and energy efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and technical development of solar PV projects.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with EPC contractors.
- Manage project timelines ensuring compliance with Italian authorisation procedures (e.g. DSO GSE municipalities).
- Supervise contractors and monitor project progress to ensure quality delivery.
- Monitor operational assets focusing on performance financial returns and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee and coordinate O&M activities with contractors.
Qualifications:
- 38 years of experience in project management within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of Italian regulatory processes and familiarity with key bodies (DSO GSE etc..
- Technical knowledge of solar PV systems with the ability to oversee design and engineering aspects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Ability to work independently and handle diverse tasks in a fastgrowing team.
