Employment Senior Associate

Location: London
Salary:per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to join our clients London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to work on highprofile cases advising bluechip companies and fastgrowing businesses on a range of complex employment matters.

The Role

  • Lead contentious and noncontentious employment law matters.
  • Advise on employment contracts policies TUPE and highvalue litigation.
  • Work with clients in technology fintech and life sciences offering strategic legal guidance.
  • Play a key role in business development delivering client training and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers supporting their professional growth.

About You

  • 6 years PQE in employment law ideally from a City or national law firm.
  • Extensive experience managing highvalue employment disputes and advisory work.
  • Strong technical expertise in UK employment law.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
