Civil Litigation Lawyer Historic West Yorkshire Firm
Location: West Yorkshire
Experience: 3 Years PQE (NQ considered with right experience)
Salary: 32000 - 45000
Type: Permanent Full-Time

What Youll Be Doing:
Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters
Handling debt recovery consumer rights and breach of contract cases
Dealing with misrepresentation nuisance and possession proceedings
Managing adverse possession claims and employment disputes
Drafting court forms and issuing court proceedings
Preparing bundles for courts and counsel
Working with a supportive team with extensive litigation experience
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3 years PQE (NQ considered with right range)
Previous experience in debt recovery consumer rights breach of contract
Knowledge of possession notices enforcement and adverse possession claims
Court procedure experience including drafting and bundle preparation
Strong litigation skills and attention to detail
Team player with genuine enthusiasm for civil litigation
