Grade: UE0per annum prorata for part time plus 15 Premium Band
CSG/Accommodation Catering and Events
Hours: 21 35 hours per week
Fixed term contract: 26 May to 14 September 2025

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for and customerexperience focused individuals to join Accommodation Catering and Events as a Summer Commercial Assistant to help our teams deliver a high consistent standard of customer service.
The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide highlevels of customer service. This will involve dealing with inperson enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email.

- The ability to quickly learn and become proficient in using software systems.
