Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a Human Resource Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with performance management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented and able to multitask effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend HR activities including recruitment training and development employee grievance handling and performance management system
- Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in creating HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee relations activities and resolve HRrelated issues
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit qualified candidates
- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports
