Your Impact:

Handshake is looking for a Recruiting Operations professional to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our recruiting function. As we invest in automation optimize our recruiting technology stack and evolve into our next stage of operational maturity were looking for a systemssavvy operations professional who thrives at the intersection of recruiting operations and candidate experience. This is a unique opportunity to help build scalable processes improve data integrity provide exceptional candidate experience and contribute to transformative projects that will shape how we hire at Handshake. Your Role:

  • Assist in the implementation of a new ATS and support existing recruiting technologies including configuration training and creating documentation.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements in scheduling workflows recruiter workflows and recruiting operations.
  • Own recruiting data integrity by conducting routine audits analyzing trends and developing dashboards to support decisionmaking.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key recruiting metrics.
  • Support team members with technical issues and troubleshooting related to recruitment systems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionality stakeholders to enhance integrations system functionality and overall efficiency.
  • Deliver a bestinclass candidate experience for executive level candidates by scheduling with speed and efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally tactfully and empathetically with candidates hiring managers interviewers recruiters and crossfunctional teams.

Your Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination recruiting operations or HR operations in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working with an ATS (e.g. Greenhouse Ashby Workday) and other HR technologies.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar Docs Sheets Slides).
  • Strong problemsolving mindset especially in systems management and process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills multitasking abilities and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience supporting ATS migrations is a plus.

Compensation range:

$92000 $115000

For cash compensation we set standard ranges for allU.S.based rolesbased on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
