The Recruiting Manager will lead and manage a team of healthcare recruiters responsible for sourcing hiring and retaining top-tier clinical talent to support our Private Duty Nursing (PDN) operations. This individual will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process implement best practices develop sourcing strategies and partner closely with hiring managers compliance and field leadership to ensure the delivery of qualified professionals who can provide best-in-class care.
This role will play a critical part in building recruiting infrastructure supporting growth across multiple regions and developing recruiters professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the PDN recruiting team including setting goals coaching performance management and team development.
- Oversee and ensure the execution of the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and hiring qualified healthcare professionals (RNs LPNs CNAs etc.).
- Partner with internal stakeholders including field leadership client services and clinical teams to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts.
- Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and meet hiring targets.
- Ensure team compliance with recruiting best practices and company policies.
- Support offer development and candidate negotiation processes as needed.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity to adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new recruiters; train and mentor team members to ensure ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments.
- 1 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting teams and meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Indeed ZipRecruiter LinkedIn and others.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Mission-driven and passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful patient-centered work.
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
