Catering Supervisor

- 5/2 roster from Adelaide Airport
- Work with culinary and operational leadership team
- Growth opportunity for chefs to move onto management role
ESS provides multiservice capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
The Position:
- Develop and update industry knowledge
- Lead and manage the culinary team
- Maintain client and resident satisfaction
- Manage food service operations
- Manage finances within a budget
- Purchase and manage stock
The Person:
- Diploma in Hospitality related field
- Experience in hospitality management
- Sound computer skills
- Good working knowledge of accounting and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in function catering and in kitchen operations
