The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations managing front-of-house staff ensuring excellent guest experiences and maintaining quality and compliance standards. This role requires leadership organization and a passion for hospitality.
Supervise and support front-of-house staff including servers hosts and bussers.
Monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Train schedule and evaluate team members to maintain high service standards.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness safety and food hygiene standards in line with company and regulatory policies.
Assist with inventory ordering supplies and controlling operational costs.
Ensure compliance with health safety and labor laws.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams to coordinate service.
Prepare reports related to sales labor and staff performance as needed.
2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
ServSafe certification or similar food safety knowledge is a plus.
