Job Description

As Revenue Operations Director youll play a critical role in shaping the future of our gotomarket (GTM) strategy ensuring our sales teams operate at peak performance through data process optimization and AIdriven automation.

We firmly believe that Revenue Operations is a transformation function that drives meaningful and lasting change so this isnt your regular RevOps role. Youll work across the entire GTM organisation to drive projects that reengineer core workflows supercharge productivity and propel continuous improvement. Working closely with our CRO Founders Executives and Sales Leadership youll eliminate bottlenecks and unlock powerful insights that fuel our growth.

This is an unprecedented opportunity to fundamentally reengineer the GTM motion for a hyperscale AI business and massively impact our growth. What Youll Own & Build

AI & AutomationPowered RevOps

  • Implement AIdriven sales intelligence solutions enabling sales teams to access realtime insights objection handling and best practices directly from platforms like Salesforce and Outreach.

  • Optimize automated meeting prep sales deck customization and followup workflows to reduce admin work and improve sales productivity.

  • Leverage AI for deal risk assessment identifying atrisk deals and recommending corrective actions based on past win/loss patterns.

  • Drive AIpowered proposal and contract automation ensuring faster and more precise deal .

Sales & Revenue Operations Strategy

  • Partner with GTM leadership to design implement and optimize sales processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Improve sales capability and performance visibility through business intelligence (BI) forecasting models and exploratory analytics.

  • Own pipeline visibility and accuracy implementing best practices to improve data quality and predictability.

  • Drive strategic quota assignments territory planning and capacity modeling ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.

  • Coordinate crossfunctional projects with Finance Marketing Customer Success Sales Enablement and Product to align GTM .

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage a growing distributed team of Sales and Revenue Operations professionals supporting a global sales organization.

  • Ensure sales teams have the right operational support balancing resources and expertise across different regions.

  • Provide coaching and development plans for direct reports fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence.

What Were Looking For

  • 5 years in a Revenue/Sales Operations role at a fastgrowing SaaS business with experience leading and scaling teams.

  • Deep expertise in sales process optimization pipeline management forecasting and quota/territory planning.

  • Handson experience with Salesforce Outreach Snowflake Census and other tools within the SaaS ecosystem.

  • Strong analytical skills including SQL and data modeling with the ability to structure and analyze large data sets to drive insights.

  • Proven ability to work with Csuite VP and senior leadership stakeholders to align RevOps strategies with business goals.

  • A passion for AI automation and GTM innovation with a track record of implementing techdriven sales operations solutions.

  • Selfsufficient and actionoriented with a bias for making decisions and driving impact in a fastpaced environment.

Salary: $200k depending on experience level

Location: New York City Nomad District OR Eastern Time Zone Remote
