Were looking for a hands-on Operations Associate to oversee the daily operations in our
warehouse and keep things running smoothly. In this role youll oversee the entire flow of
orders-from receiving to picking packing and shipping-ensuring that every step is
completed efficiently and on time. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality
standards throughout these processes and coordinating with team members to address any
immediate challenges or client questions that arise. This role is all about keeping the
warehouse organized and operational so we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and takes pride in delivering reliable results.
Specific responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire fulfillment process to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on warehouse workflows looking for ways to minimize errors and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience team to resolve client-related inquiries about fulfillment and receiving.
- Address operational issues that affect orders implementing practical solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Provide operational updates to management sharing insights on any issues affecting warehouse performance.
- Maintain quality control checks throughout the fulfillment process upholding our high standards.
- Build strong relationships with local carriers to manage pick-ups address last-minute changes and ensure smooth outbound logistics.
