Im currently working with an impressive International Real Estate Investor with an established UK presence and a growing property portfolio consisting of several Billion of Commercial and Residential Assets. Having expanded significantly in recent years they are now seeking to bolster the team with the recruitment of a Building Surveyor who will help develop and deliver a wide range of worksincluding ESG/asset improvement projects and maintenance across a portfolio of residential/accommodation assets.
Duties will include feasibility due diligence and works management working side by side with the Asset Management and Property Management teams. A true client side role youll work closely with outsourced property operatorsand specialist consultanciesto successfully deliver works to an exceptionally high standard.
The ideal candidate will likely come from a Building Surveying background and might be currently working for a Managing Agent Building Surveying Practice/Professional Services Consultancy or in a similar Client Side role. You should have extensive experience delivering instructions within residential property along with experience delivering both maintenance and asset improvement projects.
