About the team

The Global Agency Partnerships teams mission is to accelerate revenue growth across Rokus largest advertisers and agencies through the development of innovative partnerships that unlock the full power of the Roku ecosystem. This team builds partnerships that offer both commercial and strategic advantages by developing scaled programs across education data/insights cocreated ad solutions inventory curation content development and beyond.


About the role

As a key member of the Global Agency Partnerships team the US Programmatic Agency Partnerships Lead should be an experienced and strategic advertising professional with significant experience within programmatic and agencybased businesses. Reporting directly to the Director of US Agency Partnerships you will drive programmatic adoption of Roku Advertising through the development and of strategic partnerships with leading US Agency clients. This role will focus on fostering relationships creating valuedriven partnerships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

For New York Only The estimated annual salary for this position is between $173000 $251000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set certifications and specific geographical location.

What youll be doing

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at Programmatic COEs across select Holding Companies and Independent Agencies implementing alwayson client engagement
  • Grow programmatic activation and diversify account penetration across PG 1:1 and alwayson Marketplace deals
  • Collaborate with DSP and SSP partners to proactively address programmatic trends and identify prospecting opportunities while establishing Rokus presence across all relevant activation paths for clients
  • Partner with Sales to understand what buying route (IO Programmatic) is going to drive the most revenue for Roku in 2025
  • Develop best practices for selling activating and upselling incremental revenue via programmatic in partnership with Client Services & Product.
  • Be the subject matter expert in market to speak with clients about: CTV programmatic marketplace Roku Ad Tech Stack and Roku Data Cloud Technical Setup & Architecture Activation Evolution etc.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of agency inventory curation strategies to uncover new opportunities for Roku and present recommendations
  • Align with Roku Agency Partnerships and Data Sales to assist with scaling utilization of Roku Data solutions within agency tools that are utilized by COE
  • Conduct Roku Programmatic Education Series to relevant traders that work across multitude of accounts
  • Develop Agency specific strategy recommendations and map towards progress within Agency Partnership Teams annual strategy framework

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Tableau Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of Programmatic and its role across CTV Linear and Digital advertising
