Context Overview

At Signaturit Groupour mission is to simplify and secure our clients digital journeys. We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding customer verification and contract signing. As part of a scaleup in the RegTech space we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security electronic signatures and fraud prevention.

Our platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:

• Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
• KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning.

What are we looking for

We are seeking a highly experienced and handson Head of Infrastructure and IT to lead and scale our Infrastructure and IT Support teams. This role combines strategic oversight with technical leadership ensuring the performance security and resilience of both our cloud and onpremise infrastructures as well as internal IT services.

You will report directly to the Group CTO and collaborate closely with the Development Security and Compliance teams across all business units (France and Spain).

What you will do at Signaturit

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Lead mentor and grow a distributed team of Cloud Ops System & Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers.
• Define and execute the Infrastructure & IT roadmap aligned with business and security goals.
• Build strong crossfunctional relationships across Tech Product Security and Business teams.

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

• Oversee hybrid infrastructure across onpremise data centers and cloud providers (AWS GCP).
• Guide architecture decisions for scalability availability and performance.
• Ensure robust DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Ansible) container orchestration (Kubernetes) monitoring and automation.

IT Support & EndUser Services

• Ensure efficient internal IT operations for 140 users across multiple offices.
• Guarantee core services availability security and maintainability (Microsoft 365 Active Directory device management).
• Manage onboarding/offboarding IT asset lifecycle and compliance with internal access policies.

Security Compliance & Business Continuity

• Partner with the CISO to enforce infrastructure and IT security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ETSI EN 319 401 and manage sensitive services (e.g. Certification Authority).
• Drive incident response readiness and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery plans.

Process & Documentation

• Define and implement operational procedures technical documentation and team best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement learning and knowledge sharing.

What skills will make you successful

• Proven experience 7 years) in Infrastructure/IT roles within SaaS or highavailability environments.
• Proven experience 5 years) in management & leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in hybrid infrastructures cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and virtualization (Nutanix VMware).
• Strong understanding of IT security compliance and regulatory standards. Experience of security certifications is a plus (e.g. iso27001 SOC2 eIDAS...
• Solid experience with automation CI/CD tools and monitoring solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to lead multicultural crossborder teams.
• Bilingual: French and English. Spanish is a plus.
