Job Description

Do you excel at delivering topnotch customer support We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative proficient in Croatian and Serbian to become part of our vibrant team. If you have a problemsolving mindset exceptional communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming phone calls emails and chat messages to resolve customer inquiries or provide product information.
  • Managing and processing customer orders accurately.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service.
  • Ensuring all customer complaints are properly identified documented acknowledged and resolved efficiently.
  • Actively contributing ideas to improve operational processes and service quality.
  • Following established procedures and internal policies.
  • Keeping customer records up to date and logging all activities accurately.
  • Highlighting recurring issues to the support team for escalation and resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Croatian and Serbian (spoken and written) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customeroriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated wellorganized and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities.
