Job Description
Job Title: Sales Interns
Location: Santacruz (W) Mumbai
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Fashion TV is seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to generate leads and promote Fashion TVs diverse range of advertising and media packages to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing significantly to the growth of the Fashion TV brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce Fashion TVs offerings.
- Generate new leads through consistent outbound calling efforts and diligent followup calls.
- Provide accurate and concise information about Fashion TVs products and services addressing client inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions including call logs appointments and sales activities within the companys CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and proactive engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to refine and enhance sales strategies contributing to the achievement of overall team and company goals.
- Professionally handle customer complaints providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Hindi are essential.
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic while also thriving in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a goaloriented and resultsdriven mindset.
- Prior knowledge of Fashion TVs brand services and industry trends is a significant advantage.
