Position Overview:
The primary focus of this position is to complete hiring targets within deadline creativity and staying updated on current innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to achieve all elements of the recruiting cycle.
What youll do as a (Senior Recruiter:
Responsible for managing endtoend recruitment process for specified business units.
Organizing all recruitment requirements for workforce addition/replacementand coordinating with department managers to manage position approvals.
Upon approval of a new requisition work with the hiring manager to obtain a role briefing and to agree on sourcing strategies and timelines
Coordinate the availability of potential resumes from various means such as referrals from employees and other designated resources available in a timely manner.
Conduct firstlevel shortlisting with candidates by talking to them and ascertaining their suitability in terms of the organizations terms of employment communication levels alignment of their experience to the Job description for the position in consideration etc.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the department and corporate managers.
These interviews could be Telephonic conference calls or inperson depending on the situation at hand.
Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify recommend areas improve and to always ensure best practices.
Develops a network of referrals by tapping into all the available means of candidate sourcing.
Communicate with new employees to mine for new leads also explain and promote the internal referral program
Keep the candidate experience a top priority as we continue to scale our organization
What will you bring to the team:
57years of relevant industry experience in recruitment.
Post Graduation in Human Resource Management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster longterm relationships with internal teams external partners and candidates.
Prior experience in Technical Recruitment is a mandatory and essential skill
