Senior UX Participant Recruiter Research Operations

Role Summary: About The Research Ops Team

Our dedicated team plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting researchers enabling high quality research and fostering collaboration. As a critical component of the research ecosystem we provide essential infrastructure services and expertise handling operational complexities from participant recruitment and tool management to governance and knowledge sharing.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Senior UX Participant Recruiter you will:

  • Partner with Research teams to recruit and schedule participants for various method research studies in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.
  • Manage multiple concurrent studies/requests effectively.
  • Manage the expectations of all stakeholders with transparent and proactive project statuses resource requirements and prioritization.
  • Use internal lists as well as external vendor tools to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Collaborate effectively with your fellow Research Ops team and continually look for ways to optimize our ways of working
  • Adhere and inform others of policies and ethical codes for conducting research at our company

About You:

You are a fit for the role of Senior UX Participant Recruiter if your background includes:

  • 4 years experience working in Research Ops specifically participant recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of research ethics and privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and thrive in an environment where collaboration and attention to detail are key.
  • Self-motivated detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones
  • Dedication to the craft of Research operations
  • Demonstrated company values in work and interactions.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation range for this role is $72100 - $133900. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
