Job Advertisement: Human Resources Professional Federal and State Labor Laws Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional with specialized expertise in Colorado labor laws including a deep understanding of employer rights and obligations within the state. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our organization complies with all statespecific legal requirements while fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain HR policies in strict compliance with Colorado labor laws.
- Advise management on employee rights and employer obligations ensuring best practices across the organization.
- Oversee and manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Provide training and support to staff on HRrelated topics with an emphasis on legal compliance.
- Stay uptodate with the latest changes in Colorado labor legislation and communicate implications to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on Colorado labor laws.
- Strong knowledge of employer rights and obligations under Colorado law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- HR certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
