This is an exciting fulltime sitebased role where youll be at the heart of managing a wide range of facilities services playing a key role in supporting both the business and Facilities Manager to oversee our property portfolio. As the goto person for coordinating all hard and soft Facility Management services youll collaborate with thirdparty contractors to ensure smooth service delivery while keeping health & safety regulations and legal requirements in check.
Youll be deeply involved in daily operations ensuring our buildings are maintained to the highest standards and stepping up to handle any facilitiesrelated queries when the Facilities Manager is away. Plus youll have the chance to take on minor project management tasks driving projects forward from start to finish.
A key part of your role will be supporting Health and Safety initiatives contributing to global policy implementation and helping the team track important programs like ESG and Health & Safety.

Join our dynamic Facilities team where we manage the property facilities and health & safety across all UCI premises ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues contractors suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Site Contact: Be the goto person for coordination across all siterelated matters ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
Liaison with Business Occupiers: Work closely with business occupiers ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a smooth relationship with all stakeholders.
Contractor Consultant and Landlord Management: Oversee relationships with contractors consultants and landlords managing all aspects of their involvement from agreements to performance.
DaytoDay Building Operations: Tackle building issues headon resolving any challenges quickly and ensuring the facilities remain in top condition.
Project Delivery: Take the lead on various projects as assigned ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet business requirements.
Inspections & Risk Assessments: Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and identifying areas for improvement.
Health & Safety Coordination: Oversee the coordination of health and safety tasks ensuring policies are uptodate effective and properly implemented across all premises.
Emergency Procedures & Training: Manage evacuation procedures policies and training programs ensuring all personnel are fully prepared for any situation.
Resource & Service Procurement: Procure the necessary resources and services for the facilities ensuring timely delivery and costeffective solutions.
Business Continuity Review: Regularly review and update business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of unforeseen issues.
General Coordination: Handle various coordination tasks ensuring everything runs smoothly across all operations and initiatives.
Security System Management: Oversee security systems including issuing and canceling security access cards maintaining user profiles managing CCTV and hardware and compiling data for the Annual Audit Review with monthly reporting.

Essential:
Must have relevant tertiary education in Finance or related discipline
