Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams across the organization leading the account community and coordinating deals and longterm strategies that support mutual goals. Drive initiatives that increase market share boost revenue and enhance profitability.
Understand client needs objectives and challenges and proactively address them to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Understand holistic hospital environment and customer segmentation to enable effective overall customer relationship.
Develop and execute customer strategies leading transactions and crafting compelling value propositions that fully leverage GE HealthCares capabilities to meet customer needs effectively
Drive market share growth increase revenue and strengthen the GE HealthCare brand within selected accounts/territories and projects.
Sales Forecasting and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Define and review annual account plans and ensure a disciplined against these plans.
Create and follow up on new customer leads (including procurement and hospital management.
Utilize tools and software to track sales activities manage client interactions and maintain uptodate records. Deployment of relevant tools. For example use Salesforce to support and enable successful commercial activity.
Experience and/or education in healthcare sector

Ability to integrate insights across technology and clinical applications with a keen understanding of industry trends and market demands
Capacity to build strong trustful relations with C Suites at all levels within the organization
