Medication Technician (CMA)
Marlboro New Jersey
PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $22 per hour

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:
  • Medication assistance documentation and management
  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
  • Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
  • Track care and other tasks with our easytouse electronic health record system
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed
  • Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation collaboration inclusivity and mutual respect.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Certification: Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
  • Physical requirements: Standing sitting bending and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers
  • Punctuality & reliability Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
