Hold these qualifications...
- Degree in a relevant engineering subject
- Post graduate degree in engineering/project/business related subject (E.g. MSc MBA) preferable
We need this person to...
- Take overall responsibility for the performance of Test facility and those who work within it
- Develop the control systems within the test facility and define the path to full automation
- Define and support the conditioning systems requirements such that they mimic the track
- Deliver testing solutions such that they meet the specification set by the customers Product Engineering Performance Engineering & Product Validation
- Challenge the team to provide continuous improvement to the testing platforms ensuring any hardware is being tested in an environment that simulates the track
- Develop the best testing solutions and methodologies in line with Right first time approach
