Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Quality Management:
- Develop implement and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and industry best practices.
- Lead internal and external quality audits.
Customs & Trade Compliance:
- Oversee customs regulations and ensure adherence to import/export laws.
- Optimize customs procedures to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with government agencies and customs authorities.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with EU and German regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce compliance policies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Act as a strategic advisor on compliance and qualityrelated issues.
- Collaborate with senior management to align compliance initiatives with business goals.
- Lead and develop a highperforming team in the quality and compliance functions.

Physical Requirements:
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
Other Skills and abilities:
- Experience in logistics manufacturing or international trade is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EU and global trade regulations.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with global teams.
