What Youll Do
Working within our Learning and Lifestyle centre you will provide support assisting people with disabilities to participate in a range of flexible learning programs recreation and social activities aligned to our clients NDIS goals.
Assisting with personal care as required meal planning cooking light cleaning and facilitating community connections.
Supporting daily activities such as going for walks attending movies or accompanying appointments.
Helping maintain connections with family friends and services.
What We Look For
Experience and empathy in providing highquality support and fostering independence for clients.
Flexibility to work various shifts including days evenings early mornings and weekends.
Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
Commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Good computer skills and experience with Word Excel and Outlook.
Preferred but not essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
Required Clearances
Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
First Aid and CPR certification.
National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work).
Open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance.
