We are currently seeking an Email Support Specialist to join Erie Neighborhood House a non-profit organization based in Chicago. As an Email Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in providing timely and efficient support to our clients and stakeholders via email communication. This position is vital to ensuring a positive experience for our community members and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our services and outreach efforts making this role essential to our organizations mission.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our programs services and events to clients and partners
- Collaborate with team members to improve response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain detailed records of all email correspondence for reference and reporting purposes.
- Assist in creating email templates and FAQs to streamline responses and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in email management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Adaptability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
