As we prepare to open the reimagined Newcastle Art Gallery we are seeking a motivated and experiencedOperations and Experience Assistant to join our team in this newly created role working 28hours per week.
Located at the entry desk this is a frontfacing role that provides the first point of contact when welcoming visitors to the Gallery. Offering exemplary customer service building customer engagement and promoting longterm relationships with Gallery visitors you will promote awareness of Newcastle Art Gallery exhibitions and events and process ticket sales.
Using your engaging personality and customerfocused values you will support daily operations of the Gallery ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our valued customers. Your boundless initiative and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will make you an integral part of the team.
