Rehab Program Manager Physical Therapist

Schedule: Flexible Hours up to 40 hours per week
Setting: Nursing Home Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Dixon Healthcare & Rehab Dixon IL
Pay: up to $50 per hour (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:
- Graduate from Therapy program
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
