Program Manager Salary:
$60000 annually Start Date: August 4 2025 Location: Hybrid/Remote (Office Location Oregon City Oregon).
About the Role
Out Of The Box SolutionsLLC is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Program Manager to design launch and lead a new in-home support initiative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building new programs from the ground up and is passionate about developing people and processes. The Program Manager will oversee a team of Program Supervisors (Direct Support Professionals working in client homes) and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery. This is a dynamic position that will evolve over time. Responsibilities workflows and team structures may shift as the program expands. Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Oversight
- Lead the design implementation and evaluation of a new in-home support program.
- Create systems tools and workflows that ensure qualify and meet state compliance requirements.
- Develop and manage forms templates and program documentation as needed.
Team Leadership & Support
- Supervise and guide Program Supervisors (DSPs) assigned to individual client homes.
- Conduct in- person onboarding for new DSPs; eventually transition this to trained Program Supervisors.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine job roles and responsibilities.
- Provide coaching mentoring and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain open and effective communication with DSPs clients families and agency leadership.
- Promote a team culture focused on transparency feedback and creative problem-solving.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for program development and strategic improvements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure program activities align with Out of the Box Solutions LLCs values state standards and person-centered practices.
- Continuously monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 1 year working with Out of the Box Solutions.
- 2 years of experience in program managements or staff supervision (preferably in human services DD services or healthcare).
- Experience launching or supporting new initiatives or service models.
Technical & Organizational Skills
- Strong computer skills: Google Docs Sheets Forms Gmail Google Calendar Google Drive Adobe.
- Excellent organizational skills time management and documentation skills
- Able to build and manage forms systems and internal tools
Leadership & Communication
- Proven ability to supervise and coach staff
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of navigating performance issues with professionalism
Adaptability
- Comfortable in evolving start-up like environments
- Able to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team
Other Requirements
- Must pass background check (required for working with individuals with disabilities)
- Valid Drivers License current auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to OregonCity for initial training and occasional in- person duties
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Not Required)
- Bachelors degree in social work human services psychology or related field
- Familiarity with Oregon Medicaid/DD systems (ODDS ISP EVV)
- Experience using project/task management tools
- Knowledge of HIPPA and person-centered planning principles

Additional Details
- Work Schedule: Full-Time; hours are flexible depending on program needs
- Work Environment: Remote during initial phase. After program launch this position will shift to a hybrid model. Out of the Solutions LLCs reserves the right to require in- office work at an time based on the organizational or programmatic needs.
- Note: This is a developing role. Duties responsibilities reporting relationships and work location ma shift as the program grows.
