FullTime Position Must be available to work at both California MD & Waldorf MD locations
At My Gym Southern Maryland were more than a childrens fitness centerwere a place where children grow stronger more confident and develop important life skills all while having FUN!
With over 700 locations worldwide My Gym is the leader in childrens fitness gymnastics and unforgettable birthday parties for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years old.
This is a handson leadership position. Youll be the Lead Instructor & Party Host teaching classes running events and engaging directly with children and families. Youll also take on additional responsibilities to support gym operations and staff development.
Lead highenergy fitness gymnastics and ninja classes
Host and oversee birthday parties camps & special events
Assist with staff training scheduling & customer service
Help manage daytoday gym operations and administrative tasks
Create a fun safe clean environment for children & families
Must be able to travel between both locations (California MD & Waldorf MD) mileage subsidy provided
A strong leader who leads by example
Highenergy positive and reliable
Great with children and parents
Organized and detailoriented
Comfortable teaching classes leading events and mentoring staff
Weekend availability required
Previous experience in leadership fitness teaching recreation or childcare is a plus
Starting pay: $16.75 $22/hour (based on experience)
Mileage subsidy for travel between locations
